I do think, that there are always smaller particles. I think that the smallest one don't exist. I don't know alot about quantum physics, but i think that this line of physics study particles smaller then atoms named quants. And neutrinos are one of them. They still got mass, but they cannot be measured easilly, beacause of their size and speed.
